Purchase Orders
- Order Confirmation: Suppliers must confirm orders within two business days.
- Delivery Schedule: Suppliers must confirm the delivery schedule upon receiving our purchase order.
- Product Specifications: Products must match the specifications in the contract. Non-conforming products will be rejected.
- Documentation: Suppliers must send all relevant certificates with the consignment.
- Packaging: Orders should be properly marked and not mixed unless agreed upon in advance.
Warranties
Suppliers must warrant that the goods are free of defects and meet the contract specifications. Suppliers are responsible for all costs related to storage and return of faulty goods.

Purchase Orders

Changes and Cancellations

Surplus Merchandise
Surplus lubricant products cannot be returned due to their critical nature.
Justifiable Delays
Maritime Lubes is not responsible for delivery delays due to shipping services and unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or other “Acts of God.”
Confidentiality
Buyers must not disclose any information regarding transactions, contracts, or prices without written consent from Maritime Lubes unless required by law.
